Party Discipline Study and Education

On April 17, Linyin New Materials held a party committee (expanded) meeting and a meeting of the leading group for party building work, launching and deploying party discipline study and education. The meeting studied General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and instructions on party discipline study and education, conveyed the important instructions of the central and provincial committees on carrying out party discipline study and education, and the spirit of the "Notice on Carrying Out Party Discipline Study and Education" issued by the superior party committee. Zhao Xiyu, secretary of the company's party committee and chairman of the board, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.

The meeting pointed out that the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to party discipline study and education. General Secretary Xi Jinping has made many important speeches and instructions, pointing out the direction and providing guidance for carrying out party discipline study and education. This party discipline study and education is an important measure to strengthen the party's discipline building and promote the in-depth development of full and strict governance of the party. We must deeply understand the decisive significance of the "two establishments," resolutely uphold the "two safeguards," and ensure that our thoughts and actions are unified with the Party Central Committee's decisions and deployments.

The meeting required that we accurately grasp the goals and requirements of this party discipline study and education, study the "Regulations" thoroughly and earnestly, accurately grasp the connotation and practical requirements of the "Regulations," accurately grasp the main points and prescribed requirements of the "six disciplines," and internalize and externalize them. We must persist in tempering our party spirit in party discipline study and education, consciously check against the various provisions of the "Regulations," examine our shortcomings in complying with regulations and disciplines, identify problems in learning, understanding, clarifying, and observing disciplines, correct our thoughts and actions with party regulations and disciplines, and cleanse our minds, enhance our vision and build strong qualities through comparison, inspection, and rectification.

The meeting stressed the need for pragmatism and to strictly implement the relevant provisions of the central, provincial, and superior party committees on solving prominent problems of formalism, and absolutely cannot fight formalism while unknowingly engaging in it. Whether it is learning and education, examining problems, or rectifying implementation, we must be meticulous and leave no room for insufficient learning, superficial problem examination, inadequate rectification, or dissatisfaction among employees and the masses, ensuring that the study and education achieves tangible results with rigid enforcement of the system.
