Conducting Specialized Training for Electricians

In order to implement the "Lean Management Consolidation and Improvement" work and strengthen the construction of skilled personnel teams, Luyin New Materials organized two sessions of specialized training for electricians from May 24 to 31, with over 100 people participating in the training.

Mr. Bian Xinlong, the company's vice general manager, attended the opening ceremony, delivered a mobilization speech, and put forward three requirements: First, to obey commands, listen to the teacher's unified arrangements, and earnestly complete learning tasks; second, to study seriously, strive to improve learning quality, think about what one learns, and gain something from learning; third, to apply what one has learned, think deeply in the learning process, and strive to improve one's own quality and business level.

This training adopted a combination of theoretical teaching and practical operation, mainly covering equipment inspection and management, basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance, and alignment of couplings. Through two days of training each time, participants not only learned practical theoretical knowledge but also improved their skills. Next, the company will continue to improve employee occupational skills through various forms such as skills training, labor competitions, and technical competitions, injecting strong impetus into the company's long-term development.
