A Clean and Honest Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. With the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays approaching in 2024, all Party members, cadres, and staff should take the responsibility of maintaining a healthy political ecology on their shoulders, uphold the rules of integrity and self-discipline, strictly implement the spirit of the eight-point regulation of the Central Committee, cultivate good family traditions, and uphold the bottom line, always maintaining a sense of awe, respecting laws and regulations, advocating integrity and opposing extravagance, celebrating a clean and honest festival, and consciously doing the following:

Strictly prohibit violations such as using public funds for banquets, accepting banquets from those under one's management or service, or engaging in banquets in private clubs or hidden venues.

Strictly prohibit violations such as accepting gifts, gift certificates, securities, e-red packets, and gifts sent remotely via courier.

Strictly prohibit violations such as illegally issuing allowances and benefits, misappropriating funds under false pretenses, or abusing the issuance of holiday benefits.

Strictly prohibit using various names to reimburse expenses that should be borne by individuals.

Strictly prohibit using public funds for tourism or using training, inspections, or Party building activities as a guise for tourism, or accepting tourism arrangements that may affect the impartial execution of official duties.

Strictly prohibit violations such as the misuse of official vehicles, private use of official vehicles, or using private vehicles for official business, or borrowing vehicles from those under one's management or service.

Strictly prohibit extravagance and waste, ostentation, comparison, lavish celebrations, and food waste.

Strictly prohibit drunk driving, participating in gambling, prostitution, drug use, feudal superstition, and other illegal and disciplinary violations.

Strictly prohibit formalism and bureaucratism in daily work and supervision and inspection, superficial work, and increasing the burden on the grassroots level.

Strictly prohibit violations of on-duty discipline, unauthorized absence from duty, or leaving one's post.
