The First Luyin New Materials Employee Skills Competition

To vigorously promote the spirit of model workers and craftsmen, improve employees' professional qualities and technical skills, and inspire employees' enthusiasm for learning technology and researching business, on October 30, the company held the first Luyin New Materials Employee Skills Competition, with more than 90 employees from four workshops participating.

This competition was divided into four categories: electricians, machinists, manual welding, and argon arc welding. Each workshop attached great importance to the competition and actively cooperated. At the practical operation site, the participating employees were focused and skilled in their movements, showing off their expertise. From the appearance quality to the internal molding, every step of the operation strived for perfection, fully demonstrating the company employees' meticulous work attitude.

The evaluation team formulated detailed and rigorous evaluation rules and strictly conducted item-by-item and person-by-person checks to ensure professionalism, fairness, and impartiality. After fierce competition, the first, second, and third prizes were awarded for each project.

The company will take this competition as an opportunity to establish a long-term mechanism for labor skills competitions, encouraging and guiding skilled personnel to diligently study and develop solid skills, enabling true technical experts and outstanding employees to stand out, and focusing on shaping a high-quality workforce that is "safe, innovative, and proactive".
